Sales Readiness Training
- A call for applications is made via our social media handles and partner organizations. There is no entry requirements, including prior experience or qualifications
- Applicants are selected for Sales Readiness Training
- A 2-week foundation that introduces participants to the sales mindset and professional communication
- Graduates emerge confident, accountable, and ready for real-world digital sales jobs

Apprenticeship
- Top graduates from Sales Readiness Training are selected for our apprenticeship program
- 6-month and 300+ hours paid apprenticeship pairs trainees with real clients under team-lead supervision.
- Combines coaching, deliverables, and performance feedback, ensuring readiness for global work environments.

Hiring SDRs
- We hire 70% of graduates on full-time contracts with benefits, such as continued mentorship.

Leadership Pipeline
- Develop leaders who’ve graduated from the apprenticeship program and who have proactively demonstrated potential in leading RP’s future.
