We’re committed to building ethical governance and inclusive frameworks that safeguard our mission, vision, and values. This includes strategically developing leadership opportunities for our growing employee base so there is diverse representation at all tiers.
Our strategic goal by 2030 is to build a member-owned digital-opportunities platform for marginalized populations and ethically-aligned companies, powered by RP’s commercial teams and global partners.
