Our Sales Apprenticeship is a structured pathway that trains you as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and potentially hires you upon successful completion of the program. We work primarily with refugees and host-community youth who are looking for dignified work. If you’re ready to learn, work hard, and grow with a team, this opportunity is for you.

Learn the fundamentals of B2B sales and lead generation

Practice professional communication: email writing, outreach, and call skills

Get hands-on experience using modern sales tools and CRMs

Work with real client projects under guidance and supervision

Receive coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to help you grow

Who we’re looking for

We welcome applications from people who:

Come from refugee or host communities and have a strong interest in digital work

Have good written and spoken English

Are comfortable using a computer and learning new software

Can commit to the apprenticeship schedule and show up consistently

Are willing to receive feedback, practice, and improve over time

Care about ethical, human-to-human sales and representing clients respectfully

You do not need previous sales experience. We care more about your attitude, learning mindset, and reliability.
