Fascinated by sales process & psychology but seeking deeper fulfillment, she completed postgraduate studies in social entrepreneurship. Oversees all training and growth at Resilient People, anchored in human-to-human sales excellence.

20+ years in B2B tech sales, scaling successful startups and strategically managing and training hundreds of sales professionals. Always driven to leverage his experience for impact. Committed to building a great workplace that delivers value to both customers and the communities served.

Andreas Brolund
10+ years building revenue engines for fast-growing SaaS companies, blending tech, sales, and marketing to scale impact. Drawn to work with deeper purpose, he now applies his GTM expertise to mission-driven ventures.
